This includes: - **Workflow Metadata**: Workflow ID, node types, execution duration, status (success/failed), and execution trigger time. - **Error Logs**: Error messages, failed node names, timestamps, and error stacks returned by your n8n instance. - **Connection Details**: Your n8n base API endpoint and authentication keys (encrypted at-rest). - **Account Details**: Contact information and email addresses used for notification digests and user profiles. *We do not read or store your workflow payload data, user credentials, or database files processed within your workflows.*

How We Use Data

The data we collect is used solely to provide and improve the AutoNod monitoring service: - To display active failure statistics and analytics on your dashboard. - To classify errors into standard categories and trigger alert channels. - To execute auto-retry repairs when configured. - To detect pattern anomalies and generate performance reports. - We do not sell or trade your telemetry or workflow details to any third parties.

Data Retention

We store workflow execution histories according to your plan thresholds: - **Free Plan**: 7 days of history. - **Pro Plan**: 30 days of history. - **Enterprise Plan**: 90 days of history. All telemetry data exceeding your retention limit is automatically and permanently purged from our database systems. Active connections and account files are retained as long as your subscription is active.

Third Parties

AutoNod shares metadata only with trusted subprocessors necessary to deliver alerts and core infrastructure: - **MongoDB Atlas**: Fully managed and encrypted database hosting. - **AWS (Amazon Web Services)**: Core processing and security infrastructure. - **Slack Technologies**: Relay notification channels (only when configured). - **Postmark / Resend**: SMTP email transmission.

Cookies

We use cookies and browser local storage to maintain security sessions and remember UI dashboard settings. We do not use third-party marketing or tracking cookies on our app portal.

GDPR / CCPA Rights

If you are located in the EU or California, you have the following rights regarding your data: - Right of Access, Rectification, and Erasure. - Right to restrict or object to telemetry processing. - Right to export your monitoring logs.
